Erin got a Perm-a. Aye cap'n. I have wavy hair now. The day I decide to do it, it rains too. Oh well. Yes, i went for it, almost chickened out.
So here are a couple shots. Seomun Market, Bev trying on jeans at Seomun market under a skirt becuase there are no change rooms. And my babies. Koy and Boots immediately came up to me and were sniffing sniffing sniffing. "Are you my mommy?" My hair smells like the perm a bit, so they don't really recognize me. And one picture that Toria and Scott sent me for my birthday, i love it! Luc and I are in search of the raddest english shirt we can find. You can find kids walking around in shirts with swears, and vulgar sayings but they don't know what they say. I found this one, and was tempted to buy it. When i took a picture of it, the lady at the shop was not pleased.

You are very brave Erin! I'm not sure I would have gotten a perm in Korea! But it looks like it turned out well and now you and Luc match!
I love your hair!!!!
Sorry I haven't posted lately but my life has been soooooooooo busy. The girls have started ball season and Shannon has been busy with Guide camps, etc.
Robyn and I are heading off to Vancouver tomorrow morning for a tournament in Surrey. Shannon is also going to the Vancouver musuem this weekend with her Guide group. There is 200 Girl Guides from the Valley leaving on buses Saturday morning.
The Dollar stores are starting to get their Canada Day goodies in. Would you like my to pick up things. Anything particular?

Hey Erin, I love your hair! It looks gorgeous, I'm surprised you managed to get such a perfect perm in Korea because I figure not a lot of Korean girls go for that kind of hairstyle?
The picture of Luc with the cat is hilarious - Lucas has no expression on his face! Oh and Luc, I will try to send you some of the stuff you mentioned in your post.
Love the pictures always...

Hi you two,
So we woke up to about 2" of snow this morning, and your Mom and I had thought we might go open the trailer this weekend, NOT. Just heard from Kathy and the girls (who have not had a chance to play a game yet due to technicalities) just won their first game down in Vanc, they were down 7-0 and came back to win 12-11 with Robyn slidding home to win the game. Love the perm, it looks great. Thanx for writing Alex back she thought that was pretty cool, especially because she can read everything herself now. Take care
Love Ya

Dear Luc & Erin: Know you must be getting excited about your Mom & Dad's visit. We are excited for them & will be looking forward to hearing from them on the blog. Loved all the pictures of the Blossom Festival, yes your kittens are cute too. We had a great trip to Arizona and were treated royally by Colleen and Barry. It was a treat for Keath to just sightsee as Barry did all the driving. We received lots of help at the airport and didn't have to flounder around. I just followed the guy or gal pushing the wheel chair. Can't believe you are at your half way mark. Thanks for sharing all your experiences. Grandad wants to know if you want us to send you some "Beautiful B.C. Magazines" or the "Beaver"? Looking forward to the next episode. Love from Grandad & Nannie xxx ooo
Glad to hear you guys had a good trip! I was wondering when you were going to be back and commenting. I am pretty excited for this upcoming weekend when Mom and Dad come and we go to Gyeonju, the historical capital of Korea. Tell Grandad that I would definitely like to read the Beaver, and I could show the Beautiful BC magazines to my students, I think they would like that.
